Permitted use

FaceWatch is for adults to discover where their own images appear online and to check for impersonation.

Prohibited use

• Searching for, or uploading images of, children.
• Stalking, harassment, doxxing, intimidation or any unlawful surveillance.
• Using results to make decisions about employment, tenancy, credit or insurance.
• Uploading photos of people without a lawful reason to do so.
• Automated or bulk use, or attempting to bypass limits.

Results

Results are possible visual matches supplied by a third-party provider. Scores are matching scores, not identity probabilities. Results may be wrong and are not proof of identity.

Plans, trial and billing

Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. You can start any plan with a one-time $1 trial that lasts one day and includes one full search. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan (Monthly or Yearly) starts automatically and renews at the price shown until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged to the card you provide.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard (Manage billing). Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Payments, including the $1 trial, are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where you were charged in error. Contact us through the Report abuse page if you think you were charged in error.

Plans described as unlimited are subject to fair use. We may limit or suspend accounts for automated or abusive use. Search limits and prices may change for new purchases.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
